Payment: A retainer payment of 40% is required to reserve the date; Balance is due 10 business days prior to event. Receipt will be provided for both payments.
Setup: We arrive at least one hour prior to our schedule start time to setup, we would like a 10 x 10 foot space to setup, but if space is an issue, we will do with less. We require a 6-foot table and access to a power outlet within 20 foot of the setup area.
Print Layout: A maximum of three proofs will be provided, the original submission requirements plus two revisions. Additional revisions are $35 per revision.
Graphic Design: We offer custom backdrop for red carpet events, a maximum of two proofs will be provided the original submission requirements plus one revision, each additional revision is $60. (graphic design charges will apply on artwork that does not meet requirements)
Pictures: All pictures will be online within 1 – 5 business days.
Booth incentives: If the booth is setup outside the reception area, we will add up-lighting and music to the booth, free of charge. (items must be requested when booking)
Times: Setup times do not take away from your schedule time, any downtime will be added on at the end.
Travel: 60 km included, $0.50/km for additional travel.
Data use: Mobile data service is available and is highly recommended for iPad use in hotels/conference centers.
